Standard Folding Modular House

Foldable Container House for Bulk Projects

Foldable container houses designed to reduce shipping volume and on-site assembly time for camps, relief housing and bulk accommodation projects.

Designed for Efficient Shipping

This foldable container house is made for projects that need to transport and install multiple accommodation units. The structure folds into a compact shipping format, allowing more units to be planned within a shipment than conventional fully assembled modules.
Once delivered, the unit can be unfolded and assembled on site with a smaller installation team. It can also be disassembled for relocation, making it relevant to temporary camps, phased projects and organizations that reuse accommodation assets between sites.

Available Construction Options

The current construction specification includes a galvanized steel frame, insulated steel roofing and EPS or rock wool sandwich wall panels. PVC or wood flooring, aluminum or PVC doors and windows, electrical systems, bathroom modules and furnishing packages are available as project options.
A standard unit is listed at 5800 × 2430 × 2460 mm, with a folded width of 320 mm and a stated loading quantity of 14 sets per 40HQ container. These figures should be confirmed against the selected configuration before they are used for logistics planning.

Typical Project Uses

Foldable units can be configured for:
  • worker accommodation and construction camps;
  • government or institutional housing programs;
  • disaster-relief accommodation;
  • other large, repeatable housing deployments.
The appropriate wall system, interior package and service connections depend on the destination climate, local code and expected period of use.

Planning a Bulk Order

For a project quotation, provide the destination, unit quantity, required rooms, sanitary facilities, electrical scope, insulation preference and delivery schedule. We can then match the configuration and shipping plan to the project instead of quoting an unspecified standard unit.
